01- Discovery Call
We start with a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. This is your chance to tell us about your home, your goals, and how you actually live in your space. We will talk through which service fits best, answer your questions, and get a feel for whether we are a good match. There is no obligation to move forward — just an honest conversation.

02- Site Visit
We come to you. This visit is where we measure your space, observe the light, understand the flow of your rooms, and ask a lot of questions. The more we understand about your daily routines, your entertaining habits, and what is not working in your home right now, the better the design will serve you. By the end of this visit, we have a clear picture of the scope and a plan to move forward.

03- Design Concept Development
This is where the vision takes shape. We develop a complete design concept for your space — a mood board, a material and finish palette, a furniture floor plan, and all key selections. We present everything in a single, clear design presentation so you can see the full picture before anything is ordered or built. We walk you through every decision and make revisions until it feels exactly right.

04- Procurement and Project Management
Once you approve the design, we take it from here. We place all orders for furniture, materials, and finishes. For renovation projects, we bring in our vetted contractors and manage the entire build — scheduling, site coordination, quality checks, and regular updates to you. One team. One vision. You are never chasing down a contractor or wondering what is happening on site.

05- Installation and Styling
This is the day everything comes together. Our team arrives, places every piece of furniture, hangs the art, layers the shelves, and styles each surface. We treat the final styling with as much care as every other step — because the difference between a room that looks designed and one that feels truly finished is in the details. When we are done, you walk in and it is ready.

06- Post-Project Support
We do not disappear after install day. You give you 1-2 weeks of Live-in period to assess your new place, if something needs adjusting, or does not feel quite right, we take care of it. And when you are ready to work on the next room, we will be here for that too. Many of our clients in Cumming, Alpharetta, and the surrounding North Atlanta area come back to us again and again — and that ongoing relationship is something we genuinely value.
