Project Overview

Treeline Estate is a new build home that came to us as an empty shell — high ceilings, expansive windows overlooking the treeline, and a lot of potential. The family moving in wanted it to feel warm and collected from day one, not like a showroom and not like it needed another five years of collecting things to feel finished.

This is one of our favorite kinds of projects: new build furnishings, where we come in after construction and design every room with intention. We start with a blank canvas and build a home that feels personal, layered, and genuinely livable — no builder-grade furniture packages, no generic choices.

For Treeline Estate, we built the entire interior around a palette of white oak, natural marble, warm linen, and brushed brass. The architecture gave us clean lines and great light. Our job was to bring in the warmth and the soul.
